In reply to Clark. There's definitely a Mac version, but no Linux version that we're aware of. You'd have to ask JPEGmini if they have that or plans for that.

By the way, you mentioned that JPEGmini is “also available for Windows”. That’s great for 90% of the world (including me), but I didn’t catch the comparison system. What other system(s) it’s available for… FreeBSD? Linux? MacOS or Ubuntu?

NICE find, Scott! I am that 1-in-1,000 nerd that sees the “microscopic” cross-hatch pattern on a pentile AMOLED display and far prefers LCD screens for their crisp, clear image. So yeah, I’m a quality hound. I’m also obsessed with optimizing every image for the very fastest download times possible (and then some), so JPG Mini is AWESOME! THANK YOU for the share! One thing worth mentioning is that JPG Mini is NOT using JPG2000 or other non-web-standard formats. It will be great to have the pro version in Lightroom, where I do the bulk of my processing. Any word on whether it will also be coming soon to Photoshop?
