I started my career 7 years ago, at 21 yrs old and already on the first semester of my studies in photography, through pro bono work. I shot a promo pictures of a new band in the studio which I knew. Also I did their record covers , all the promotional material and basically did all the graphics they needed, almost for free. With a fee of about 200 dollars, which normally would have been thousands of dollars. I came top the photography world through graphic desIgn so I was able to offer them a professional package. The new band went top 1 on the charts, they pictures were everywhere and so was my name 🙂 From this all doors were open to record companies, and I was shooting the biggest bands of the country. And I was able to charge what the other big old pro´s did! Since that I have always been doing these projects. The best parts is making connections and stretching your creativity. As this industry is so much about who you know…
